• 500g Busiate Siciliane by SICANIA 
• 380g of fresh broad beans
• 250g of fresh ricotta
• 1 red onion
• 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 
• Salt and pepper

Brown the chopped onion in a pan and add the shelled broad beans, salt and pepper.
Add a cup of water and cook for about 20 minutes.
Sift the ricotta and let it soften with a little pasta cooking water.
Sauté the pasta al dente which has just been drained in the pan with the ingredients and toss with the ricotta.

We recommend pairing this dish with a good white wine!
