Delicious cake filled with our Pistachio sweet Cream and decorated with Pistachio Chips.

Ingredients (for 8 persons)

  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g Pistachio Sweet Cream
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 100 ml of Milk
  • 100 ml oil (preferably sunflower oil)
  • 16 g of vanilla baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of Natural Vanilla Flavouring
  • Pistachio Chips

How to prepare it

Take a medium bowl and place the eggs and sugar in it, then beat until light and fluffy.

Add also the milk and the seed oil and beat again. When these two ingredients are perfectly mixed, sift the flour and yeast directly into the bowl and knead until everything is incorporated. Add also the vanilla and mix again.

Take a round baking pan and line it with baking paper, then pour half of the mixture into it and level the surface.

Bake at 180°C (preheated oven for about 15 minutes), then take it out of the oven and spread the Pistachio Cream evenly over the cake, without reaching the edges.

Cover with the remaining mixture, put back in the oven and bake again for another 15 minutes.

Once ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool, sprinkle with pistachios and enjoy your Pistachio Cream Cake!
